By accessing or using MaintainPro services, you agree to abide by all terms, conditions, and service policies outlined here. MaintainPro provides professional home maintenance, repair, and improvement services through trained and verified technicians. All services are subject to availability based on your location, time slot, and operational feasibility. MaintainPro reserves the right to accept, reschedule, or decline any service request if it falls outside our service scope, presents safety risks, or cannot be completed due to technical limitations or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Booking & Payments
All service bookings must be made in advance through our website, mobile platform, or customer support. Estimated pricing is provided before service confirmation; however, it may vary depending on the actual work requirements at the site. Additional charges may apply for extra materials, emergency services, or if the work extends beyond the initially agreed scope or duration. Full payment is required immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept multiple payment methods including cash, UPI, and other digital transactions for user convenience. Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or restrictions on future bookings.
3. Service Responsibility
MaintainPro ensures that all technicians are qualified, experienced, and background-verified to deliver high-quality services. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damages, hidden structural issues, or defects that are not visible or disclosed prior to service. Customers are encouraged to inspect the service area before and after work completion. In case of any accidental damage caused during service, our team will assess the situation and provide a fair and reasonable resolution in accordance with company policies.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before technician assignment or dispatch are free of charge. If a cancellation occurs after a technician has been assigned or dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply. Emergency or same-day bookings may have limited cancellation flexibility. Eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method. Frequent or repeated cancellations may impact future booking eligibility.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and complete information when booking services to avoid delays or service issues. The service location must be safe, accessible, and properly prepared before the technician arrives. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and personal belongings during the service visit. Respectful and cooperative behavior toward service professionals is mandatory at all times. Any unsafe conditions, misuse, or misconduct may result in immediate service termination without refund.
6. Service Limitations
MaintainPro provides services based on the scope selected at the time of booking. Any additional work not included in the original request will be considered a separate service and may require additional charges. We do not guarantee resolution of issues that require specialized equipment, third-party intervention, or structural modifications beyond standard service capabilities.
7. Warranty & Service Guarantee
Certain services may include a limited service warranty depending on the type of work performed. This warranty covers only the specific service completed and does not extend to unrelated issues or damages caused by external factors. Warranty claims must be reported within the specified time period provided at the time of service.
8. Privacy & Data Usage
MaintainPro respects user privacy and ensures that all personal information collected during booking or service delivery is handled securely. Your data is used only for service coordination, support, and improvement of user experience. We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
MaintainPro reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
